Our Rates
Peak season is January through March, then Memorial weekend through August 31. We do require a minimum of 2 nights stay. If booking less than 2 nights we charge a $75 cleaning fee in addition to rental fee.
Rental rate is for up to 4 adults per night, $35 per person per night extra for more than 4 adults and no more than 6 people total staying in the camps. Children under 18 stay for free.
There will be a 9% lodging tax added to the regular rates.
A 50% deposit is due when making reservations and the other 50% will be due 30 days before your stay.

Non-Peak Season
Sunday thru Saturday night's
$130/ night plus a 9% lodging tax. Non-Peak season is April 1 until Memorial weekend and September 1 until December 31.
Peak Season
Sunday thru Saturday night's
$145/ night plus a 9% lodging tax. Peak Season is Jan 1 until March 31 and Memorial weekend until August 31.
Fur Babies
Friendly fur babies are always welcome for $20/ night per dog and $35/ night for 2 dogs. Please respect our 2 dog maximum per our insurance policy

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
No refunds for any cancellation 30 days or less from check-in date. 100% refund for anything greater than 30 days from check-in. No refunds for early departure
